Please find below some documents. They will be discussed at the meeting so we would ask that you read them.
Members who are unable to attend but would like to vote or speak at the meeting may nominate a proxy. They should complete the above Proxy Nomination Form and send it to NACBS Secretary, Lochranza Country Inn, Lochranza, Isle of Arran, KA27 8HL or email it to secretary@nacbs.co.uk. The deadline for nominating proxies is 1900 on Thursday 5th November.
For anyone who intends to stand as a director for NACBS or LCI they must complete the relevant Director Nomination Form and send it to the secretary before 1900 on Thursday 5th November.
If anyone would like to view the NACBS Constitution, it can be found on the NACBS website. We hope that as many people as possible are able to attend - non-members too. There will be a chance to ask questions and a cup of tea at the end.
