Ayrshire and Rural Islands Ambition Funds

NACBS has recently completed projects funded by North Ayrshire Council.
Ayrshire and Rural Islands Ambition Fund – The ARIA grant allowed the inn to turn the unused dining room into a combined event space/restaurant and renovate 2 staff bedrooms and bathrooms. This, combined with other grants, will allow NACBS to finish the staff accommodation.
Ayrshire and Rural Islands Ambition Fund – Small Capital Fund – Also part of the ARIA group, the Small Capital Fund provides new kitchen equipment for the inn, new flooring and IT equipment for NACBS.
Community Asset Maintenance Fund – Part of the ARIA fund, this provides a grant for a property condition register, money for a sinking fund and will allow Lochranza Country Inn to move into the next stage of repairs.
